[Typo3-doc] Hello / contribute

Hi everybody,
I'm new to the list, and quite new to typo3 too.
I'm French, in Paris, creating a company (http://www.bearstech.com - 
only french at the moment) and also working as a freelance webdesigner.
I'd be happy to contribute to the documentation, though I don't have 
that much time.
I'd probably need to create a user handbook in french, quite synthetic, 
for a client, how may I put it on typo3's documentation matrix ?
