[Typo3-documentation] RSS feeds

I just checked out the RSS feed of wiki.typo3.org. I used Sage/Firefox 
and also linked to some well known feeds to compare. It seems like that:

1. All changes (even the minor ones) are reported through the RSS feed.

2. There is hardly any text, most of the time just title, date and time.

Here are my questions (@Sebastian and others):

1. Can we change the RSS feed so that only major changes are visible?

2. Could we have the beginning of the article (maybe the first 50 to 100 
letters) as the text?

Of course, this is a 'nice to have' and not top priority.
