Hi,

you mean the TOC for one page?
It is not possible to change it that it starts with a certain number IMHO.
The only thing is that we can disable the TOC for the pages by writing 
__NOTOC__ somewhere in the page.

We could create the general TOC as template, this means that when we 
change it once we can change it at every page.

What do you mean with that?
