[Typo3-documentation] Wiki and Pics

So far I have just copied some paragraphs from my install doc in 
progress. Now I'd have to use Pics to illustrate what's written.

Before I upload, is there a rule to follow about pics and Wiki?

Do we want to agree on name conventions?

As I understand it, it's not possible to overwrite pics once they are 
uploaded.

Would it be better to put the pics on a server and grant access to it?
