[Typo3-documentation] Hello

Thank you Sylvain, 

Ignoring the messages in mailing list where it was written Typo3
couldn't be installed/working properly on 1&1 shared hosting accounts,
I went ahead and installed and it works fine. So don't need webspace
for Typo3 any more.
