[Typo3-doc] client documentation

I don't know the users manual so I couldn't say.

I don't think Getting started is for Editors at all.  It's defently for 
administrators or at least soon to be administrators.

Handbuch für Reakteure is defenetly and in my opinion the only distinct 
manual for editors.
