[Typo3-doc] Updated pages about DocMeetings

Now I have put it up and you find it from the "Documentation 
meetings" link on the Main page:
   http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Document_Team_Meetings


Unfortunately there are many different names on this meeting:
  - Document Team Meetings
  - Documentation Meetings
  - DocMeetings

I suggest "Documentation meetings" as the official name and 
"DocMeetings" as a short for it....?
