Should I first revert the stylesheet to the original one _without_ any 
color changes? This is the version I have.

IMHO it is done with CSS, so you just have to hit print preview and your 
browser does the rest.

I try to comment the approciate lines of code out. Maybe it helps.

I think this needs some investigation, it would be really nice if 
somebody could come up with a solution.
