[TYPO3-dam] Review of some more DAM patches

Hi Christian

Thanks for your work. I reviewed all open issues and tackled the most 
important open issues for a bugfix release. Only one is missing, the 
problem with the sorting of files and folders, but this will be no problem.

I'm planning to have a bugfix release on Friday or next Tuesday. I would 
be grateful if you could re-review or review the changes
