[TYPO3-dam] Dependencies to 4.3

+1 for trunk. We'll maintain 1.1 branch for older branches.

Dependency on 4.3 opens up great possibilities for improvements - new 
uploader, autoloader, etc. Working with the assumption of older branches 
would restrict development.
