[TYPO3-dam] Indexing not working when uploading files in EB

I've installed yesterdays svn trunk version again to check the empty 
frames  problem... I've installed the extensions (dam & dam_index), 
updated database and config and removed typo3conf/temp_*.
Additionally I removed dam_info and dam_catedit.
I still get empty frames when opening Media>File. I took a look at
the error_log but found nothing helpful. The only interesting messages are:
