[TYPO3-dam] DAM 1.0.101 - bug or misuse?

Ron,

I recall having seen the err on a w32 install; AFAIR solution was fixing 
the GFX-Config (Imagemagick ...)- I also recall that the files existed 
however wherer 0 bytes;
I've not seen this ERR on NIX;
