[TYPO3-dam] dam_index isn't stable yet

Hi,

there seems to be a severe bug in dam_index, that I think it should go
back to beta or alpha. It's about mm-relations in the reindexing
function. Reindexing promises to keep the old data if there are no new
that want to replace them. But what happens?

a) all existing mm_relations are deleted: categories and userdefined fields
b) if relations were empty before, new values are replaced (O.K)
c) if relations were not empty before, they are completly empty now and
no replacement happend (heavy bug)

Al lot of data can be lost this way.
