[TYPO3-dam] mmforeign

The (in)famous mmforeign extension is needed for extended MM table handling.

Unfortunately it has some problems with other extensions.

An updated (rewritten) mmforeign extension is available here:
http://typo3lab.colorcube.de/dam.html

Could you please test that version with the latest stable DAM version 1.0.5.
- tell me if it works as expected
- tell me if there are still problems with other extensions

I would like to release that version as soon as possible.
