A new DAM Version is in TER

Merged some bugfixes from 1.1 branch and fix most bugs from the bugtracker.

Media (DAM) (dam) 1.0.5
Fixed several bugs. Have a look into the Changelog.

Media>Categories (dam_catedit) 1.0.3
Delete works now.

Media>Indexing (dam_index) 1.0.3
Selected categories are now visible in form. Fixed other small bugs.
