[TYPO3-dam] DAM 1.1 beta01 requires php >= 5.1 ?!

Hi!

Seems that DAM 1.1 requires php version >= 5.1 ?!

I ran into
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: array_diff_key() in 
[...]/typo3conf/ext/dam/lib/class.tx_dam_scbase.php on line 1009

and php.net says:

array_diff_key
(PHP 5 >= 5.1.0RC1)

?!
