[TYPO3-dam] File module error: t3lib_exec::_getos()

Hi.

I just installed T3 v4 and dam 1.0. When I click the Media->File module 
I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method t3lib_exec::_getos() in 
[...]typo3conf/ext/dam/lib/class.tx_dam_indexing.php on line 1049

The _getOS function seems to have been removed from Typo3 between v4 
beta 2 and beta 3.

Should I file a bug? If 'yes', then should the bug be filed against DAM 
or t3lib..?
