Nice, and a good aproach, but in my eyes it is not truly accessible, as 
a captcha field can only used by 'normal' people wich f.e. have good 
eyes or can see at all. But this is a general form-problem with captcha.
Also some title-tags would be nice.

Really accessible would it be when typo3 would have a captcha that is 
capable of generating captchas for at least blind people, too. Maybe by 
playing audio samples of popular animals and the person has to enter the 
name of the animal - or whatever.

But thanks for your aproach so far.
