[TYPO3-commerce] Fatal error message in category tree (V-0.11.9)

While creating Categories and products, the tree view in the middle
window disappears and an error is shown:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getLL() on a non-object in
/var/www/web13/html/typo3/typo3conf/ext/commerce/tree/class.langbase.php
on line 44

There is no way (e.g. by clearing all caches), to get rid of it.
With [make updates] and the dropdown [Update!] inside EM it's the same.

The strange thing is, that in the access module the tree view works.

But in both views the text of the root icon changes all the time from
"Kategorie" (german) to "Category" and back.

Installation is inside a folder an has no own (sub-) domain name.
E.g. http://maydomain.tld/typo3/
So do not wonder about the part .../html/typo3/typo3conf/...
Folder html/ is document-root
