[TYPO3-commerce] paypal2commerce problem due to URL

hello all,

the email subject may clarify the problem more clearly.
I  am testing paypal2commerce in the local server.

in Typoscript I have
 config.baseURL = http://192.168.1.100/

and after the confirmation of checkout I get the error as below

could any one kindly suggest any fix ?
