[TYPO3-commerce] any successful implementation of Commerce_search extension ?

Dear commerce group,

has any one by any chance made a successful implementation of
commerce_search extension ?
I have tried with it and teaser image, tittle as well as teaser test
come in the search page. but the category and product link is not working.
more over I can't select more than one category in the search from. 
Though i'm little bit confused about the "startcategory" pageid.
any feed back about any success is very much welcome.
