[TYPO3-commerce] problem with product listing

hello,
i've got a big problem:
i've followed the instructions from 
(http://www.sk-typo3.de/Shop-aufsetzen-mit-commerce-Quickt.286.0.html) 
to run a web shop.
but when i want to add the plugin "product listing" on the page, i only 
see a white screen, after selecting the right plugin. the other plugins 
from the commerce-extension didnt' have this problem.
does anybody has a hint or solution for me? i use typo3 4.1.1, php4 and 
the newest versions of the required extensions (commerce 0.9.2, ...).
