[TYPO3-commerce] mysql_fetch_assoc failure

Hi,

i am not sure at all. But IMHO was the failure the result for a not
added article or attribute. The second possible reason was date2cal.
After uninstall i got serveral warnings less reduced to this 2 warnings
below. I tried to reinstall commerce with "Import static data" and it
works for the 1st time.
