[TYPO3-commerce] mysql_fetch_assoc failure

Hi, i tried out your commerce extension but i have some major problems.
On creation of new products i got the warning below.

Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL
result resource in typo3_src-4.1.1/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php on line 796

In result,

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by
(output started at typo3_src-4.1.1/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php:796) in
typo3_src-4.1.1/typo3/alt_doc.php on line 1458


So i cannot use your extension at all. Please can everybody help me to
fix this problem. If you need some additional informations pls. request
in detail.
