[Typo3-civserv] Error: Cache Services/Anliegen cachen

Ist zwar schon eine Weile her, aber vllt hat ja irgendwann noch jemand ein
problem damit :-)

einfach in der /typo3conf/ext/civserv/index.php $HTTP_SERVER_VARS durch
$_SERVER ersetzen.
