[Typo3-civserv] How to create model services

Hi,

 

made my way through the documentation I found on the net, but still cannot
find out how to handle model services.

Can someone explain, how to set up users, groups, access rights, and how to
configure page 'betreute Musteranliegen'.  I never see a 'create record' on
model pages.
