[Typo3-civserv] Gov Team

Hi Mike,

Great, thanks for the help, welcome on board. I'm not a developer 
either, never been. I have always been on the management site of the T3 
community. It's a dirty job but somebody has to do it!
I'm currently waiting on the transfer of the old gov section to the 
official typo3.com server. Once it's installed we can start working on 
it. I keep you posted thru the list.
