Thank you for your help. It works, so now we can fill the database of 
civserv with dutch community products. Soon are we the first dutch community 
witch is working with a full translated product catalogue.

Hi Ernst,

thank you for reporting that bug.

We have fixed it in civserv 4.1.3 on the TER.

It is easy to do by yourself as well:
open civserv/res/mandant.php and look for the following two lines:

$this->get_forbidden($res, &$forbidden_uids, $source_array['config']['MM']);

$this->get_forbidden($res2, &$forbidden_uids, $table);

in both lines omit the "&" at "&$forbidden_uids" (it is a forced call by 
reference which is deprecated in PHP5)

in the end you should have:

$this->get_forbidden($res, $forbidden_uids, $source_array['config']['MM']);

$this->get_forbidden($res2, $forbidden_uids, $table);

I hope that'll do it.

I upadated our server from typo3 3.8.1 to the latest release, but after I
ran the update procedure I can't connect to the back-end the only thing I
see is this failure notification:

Typo3 runs on a suse 10.1 server with php5 and mysql5 other site run
perfect. I also changed allow_Call_time..... to true in php.ini
