[TYPO3-caretaker] HTTP Test with HTTPS only sites

Hey guys,

I'm experiencing a little issue: Since we started redirecting all HTTP requests to HTTPS, the tests gets an HMTL error 301 (obviously). Is there an option to test the "HTTPS-aliveness" of the website with someting similar to the HTTP test you provided?

Would be awesome to know if something exists to use it as we want to redirect all HTTP requests to our websites to HTTPS.
