[TYPO3-caretaker] Caretaker - test configuration

 Hey Dirk,

 did you look in the typo3conf/localconf.php for the right installation 
 order?
 Last time i tried to get the right order, I had to change it in the 
 localconf.

 Look for this two:
 $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extConf']['caretaker']
 $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extConf']['caretaker_instance']

 And maybe change the order in this two too:
 $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList_FE']
 $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList']

 If it runs in 4.7.0 I cant tell you. But with 4.6.4 it is working for 
 me.
