[TYPO3-caretaker] Check for different TYPO3 versions regarding main versions

Hi Martin, Lars,

See attached diff file, which I use to determine if a TYPO3 install is 
the latest revision of the installed minor. Your test can check for 
4.current.latest I hope it is usefull for you

Note: I havent tested it against the latest SVN version
