[TYPO3-caretaker] Check for different TYPO3 versions regarding main versions

We have a testgroup for each major TYPO3 revision that contains all
tests that are specific for the release an a generic testgroup for all
revisions. So all instances test that typo3 is at least 4.4.x and the
4.5 instances have an additional test for 4.5.latest. That means that
you have to change one testgroup if you upgrade typo3 but thats normal
if you perform a major update.
