[TYPO3-caretaker] Caretaker Test Services gone

Hi Nina,

yesterday I tried out caretaker for the first time and after adding ping 
and http-tests I wondered how to add those TYPO3-specific tests.
I googled for hours, with no solution, but thanks to your post I now know 
that it's probably a bug in the new version, or a missing feature ;-)
