Hello Michelo,
First you have to install the caretaker_instance extension on the server and on the
monitored typo3-installation.
Afterwards you create keypairs for caretaker_instance in the exzension manager on both sides.
Enter the server public key in the caretaker_instance extension-config (ext-mgm) on the
monitored system.
Create an instance-record for the monitored system on the server and add the url and the
public key of the monitored instance.
Now you can create the "insecure Extension Test".
I hope this helps. Here is the same in some more and maybe better words.
