[TYPO3-caretaker] Changes in the DB Result Tables

The last changes brought an updated result-db structure. So please update your db and 
clear the cache after updating.

Now the system will only store results which are different from the previous one. This 
should help reducing the result-table sizes.

Additionally the results can now accept a tx_caretaker_ResultMessage object insteas of a 
message string, and will also accept an array of tx_caretaker_ResultMessage objects as 
submessages.
