Hi Team

today i added a Problems Panel to the be module. It will aggregate all the errors and 
warnings below the selected node and show them in a grid view. Beeing in the ExtJS Code i 
also fixed #5173 from christopher.

IMPORTANT: You have to clear the configuration cache after updating since a new ajax 
script was registered.
