[TYPO3-calendar] Migration tx_cal_category to sys_category

Hi Hartmut,

did you find a solution?

@Denis, I cann't find an update script for the migration of
tx_cal_category to sys_category in the install tool nor any indication
for it in the code. Are you sure? Or was is perhaps in an earlier
version of cal?
