[TYPO3-calendar] ics-import with VTIMEZONE

Additional information:
Version cal: 1.10.2
Version typo3: 7.6.2

I've just tested with typo3 6.2.17 on the same server
And surprisingly there is no problem with the same .ics-file an cal.1.10.2

Are there any ideas?
