[TYPO3-calendar] Release of cal 1.10.0

Hi list,

a new cal version just got released. It includes the following changes:

	* Bug #68755     - Fatal error: Class 'TYPO3\CMS\cal\cron\CalendarScheduler' not found
	* Bug #68943     - RTE not loading in T3 7.4
	* Bug #68944     - Date handling for events broken (T3 7.4)
	* Bug #68847     - Alter registering of wizard in TCA
	* Bug #69385     - recurrence events doesn't work with TYPO3 7.4
	* Bug #69536     - Typo in category if clause
	* Bug #69530     - FE-Editing not working in actual master -> removed support for rlmp_dateselectlib
	* Bug #69831     - choose calendar as user in TYPO3 > 7.1
	* Bug #69468     - cal: Fatal error: Call to a member function modAccess() on null
	* Bug #69866     - Frontend-Error when no category is selected
	* Bug            - Pulling things straight: fe_editing templates are now in their own folder
	* Bug            - Fixes to templates in v1 never got merged into v2
	* Bug            - Added missing pidList to loadCalendar
	* Bug            - Fixed json output for loadRights
	* Bug            - added missing activateFluid parameter to TS and manual
	* Bug            - Added missing language variable for 'Day' inside the backend form for 'By Day of the Month'
	* Cleanup        - removed support for phpicalendarEventTemplate - as announced for version 1.5.0
	* Cleanup        - TYPO3 7.5 removes support for neg_foreign_table in TCA
	* Cleanup        - removed extension option useRecordSelector
	* Feature #68495 - New Category selection mode for list view
	* Feature        - added postDayClassesViewMarker hook for new template rendering
