[TYPO3-calendar] Backend configuration by TSconfig (TCEFORM)

A few hours and a view to the source code later, I've found the correct 
notation.

For all who although searched, use

TCEFORM.tt_content.pi_flexform.cal_controller {
   sDEF.calendarName.disabled =  1
}
