[TYPO3-calendar] End time: "open end"

Hello everybody,

do you have an idea how this can be accomplished:

- I have a normal event with start/end date and start time
- if there is no end time, "open end" would be shown in event and list view

The normal BE-user (not admin) should be able to create such events.

IMHO now, when no end time is given, start time + 30 min is used.
