[TYPO3-calendar] Cal 1.4.0 and Typo3 4.5.2

Hi Falko,

thank You for sharing!

I finally managed to install the extension by copying the extension 
folder from an older server (running T3 4.4.7) to the directory 
typo3conf/ext on the new Server. After that I enabled "Display all 
extensions" from the Filter-Button in Extension Manager and installed by 
clicking Install.
