[TYPO3-calendar] Cal 1.4.0 and Typo3 4.5.2

Just did an upload of cal-1_4_0-dev-r3004.t3x - worked flawlessly.

I see two possibilities:

- download was corrupted - check md5sum; here it is:
aa9d4edb9c2130ba800ece8e45d0a345  cal-1_4_0-dev-r3004.t3x

- Error in (new) extension manager, e.g. on one server I get:
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in 
xxx/typo3_src-4.5.2/typo3/sysext/em/classes/connection/class.tx_em_connection_extdirectserver.php 
on line 1353
   short after uploading, in the lower Exception

You could check the extension manually out from svn, export and upload 
using ftp, if normal upload doesn't work.
