✔ Fix multiple combo box issues.
✔ Work around ExtJS 4 combo-related bugs (querying on combo alias
   returns no component, getStore method is not always available).
✔ Migrate store configurations of table operations plugin.
✔ Fix edit element and spell checker plugins.

☠ Cannot test the RTE in BE until it is itself migrated. Hence, cannot 
test abbreviation, image and link browsers, contextual help, t3skin in 
BE, user settings, etc.

➜ Fix layout of table operations dialogues
➜ Fix color tablette
➜ Fix styling of dropdown lists of combo boxes and toolbar tips
➜ Fix some minor CSS issues
➜ Fix non-working context menu and adapt css to new markup
➜ Fix non-working resizing
➜ Test in IE7/8
➜ Test in native ExtJS mode, without the backwards-compatibility mode, 
which does not really provide any backwards compatibility
