[TYPO3-BLE] Status report 2011-09-27: RTE migration to ExtJS 4

✔ Use callParent method to call parent methods.
✔ Fix configuration of all comboboxes dropdown lists.
✔ Fix Spell checker dialogue and submit.

☠ Cannot test the RTE in BE until it is itself migrated. Hence, cannot 
test abbreviation, image and link browsers, contextual help, t3skin in 
BE, user settings, etc.

➜ Fix non-working dialogues: Edit element
➜ Fix styling of dropdown lists of combo boxes and toolbar tips
➜ Fix some minor CSS issues
➜ Fix non-working context menu and adapt css to new markup
➜ Fix non-working resizing
➜ Test in IE7/8
➜ Test in native ExtJS mode, without the backwards-compatibility mode, 
which does not really provide any backwards compatibility
