✔ Migrate the iframe panels to ExtJS 4 API: Modules are now loading 
again, except when page tree is required. Page tree does not load.

➜ Adjust skin for iframePanel components
➜ Migrate trees: the class structure for trees is much changed in ExtJS 
4, and trees must be defined using tree node stores.
➜ Consider getting rid of custom resizer. ExtJS 4 provides resizing on 
any component.
