✔ Fix page tree rendering and scrolling.
✔ Fix page tree refresh.
✔ Fix page tree filtering.
✔ Migrate to ExtJS 4.0.7.
✔ Fix timing issue in module menu with ExtJS 4.0.7.
✔ Merge branch with rtehtmlarea branch.
✔ Fix BE top toolbar menus being hidden behind the content frame.
✔ Migrate and fix page tree drag & drop feature.
✔ Fix various css issues in page tree top panel.
✔ Fix page tree deletion drop zone.
✔ Fix page tree state restore on refresh.
✔ Delete references to Ext.reg() by RTE (non-existent in ExtJS 4.0.7).

♫ BE is basically working with ExtJS 4.0.7, except for the following
   issues.

➜ Fix new page insertion by drag not dropping on tree.
➜ Fix live search and migrate live search help.
➜ Fix date and time picker.
➜ Adapt skin: page tree, viewport split, etc.
➜ Workspaces extension adds widget incompatible with ExtJS 4
    and breaks the viewport.
