[TYPO3-BLE] Status report 2011-10-01: RTE migration to ExtJS 4

✔ Migrate RTE resizing to ExtJS 4 resizer.
✔ Cleanup some class definitions and constructors.

☠ Cannot test the RTE in BE until it is itself migrated. Hence, cannot 
test abbreviation, image and link browsers, contextual help, t3skin in 
BE, user settings, etc.

➜ Fix occasional and partial failure of toolbar update after initial
    load.
➜ Test in IE7/8
➜ Test in native ExtJS 4 mode, without the backwards-compatibility mode, 
which does not really provide any backwards compatibility
