✔ Fix sizing and styling of all combo boxes.
✔ Fix layout of table operations dialogues.
✔ Migrate color picker and color plugin to ExtJS 4.

☠ Cannot test the RTE in BE until it is itself migrated. Hence, cannot 
test abbreviation, image and link browsers, contextual help, t3skin in 
BE, user settings, etc.

➜ Fix some minor CSS issues
➜ Fix non-working context menu and adapt css to new markup
➜ Fix non-working resizing
➜ Test in IE7/8
➜ Test in native ExtJS mode, without the backwards-compatibility mode, 
which does not really provide any backwards compatibility
