✔ Fix new page insertion by drag not dropping on tree.
✔ Remove page tree drag and drop copy hint feature. Use native ExtJS
   node copy feature (CTRL + drag & drop).
✔ Fix page tree not restoring its state on page load.

➜ Fix page tree state restore always expanding the last selected node.
➜ Fix deletion drop zone flashing on double click.
➜ Workspaces extension adds widget incompatible with ExtJS 4.
